Why do some people succeed whereas so many others fail?
What is that one ingredient required to find success in life?
And how can you capitalize on this ingredient to achieve success in ways you never thought possible?
Finally, what do you need to do once and for all to be successful at what you aspire to?
Let’s start by agreeing that you need to challenge yourself to success. This is because it will never be handed to you. Rather, it has to come from deep within you.
Whether you are looking for success in your business, in your health, in the life you want to live, or in finding the happiness in your life, you need to motivate yourself from within.
If you have just started a new online business, or possibly looking to expand your current business and wish to continue making enough money to live the laptop lifestyle, it is imperative that you learn how to challenge yourself.
3 Tips To Challenge Yourself To Success
For me, I love golfing and use the golf course at our local country club to challenge myself. Often, even in those instances when I am not motivated, I find that a single putt, a drive, or a single swing is all I need to keep pushing myself forward. To win at life, therefore, consider using the following tips to keep pushing yourself:
1 - Compare Yourself to Yesterday’s You
In most cases, people go all out trying to prove that they are better than others. However, they do so without knowing that they are falling way short of their mark. After all, you are living your own unique life. Why compare it to another person?
The only person you need to compare yourself to is YOU – more specifically, the Past You. What does this mean? Essentially, you have to reflect on what you were able to accomplish yesterday. Then, get up and go on the grind with the thought that you have to outperform yourself and do those things you were unable to do that may have held up your success.
For instance, if you got only 30 new subscribers onto your email list for your new affiliate marketing business yesterday, strive for 45 today. Focus on those 30 new subscribers sharing valuable and helpful information that will nurture them towards becoming your customer, client or member. But then challenge yourself to increase those leads so you continue to keep building your business.
2 - Aim Higher
In the same way, your ambitions have to mean something – I’m speaking about dreams and aspirations that are straight through the roof and into the sky. If you want a car, don’t just think about getting a small minicooper (lol). Instead, think about that Ferrari convertible or the car that you have been dreaming about.
Then, work hard, never stop doing whatever it takes to earn enough to get that car. Although you might not end up buying the Ferrari at the end of the day, you will still have earned enough money in the bank to afford living the laptop lifestyle.
By aiming higher, you are subconsciously reaffirming to yourself that you can get it done. The only thing required is to actually work hard and make your dreams and ambitions come true. Remember to aim for the stars and you might just find yourself on the moon.
3 - Work! Work! Work!
Irrespective of how much you challenge yourself, it will all be an exercise in futility unless you clock in the hours required. Of course, this does not mean that you need to spend your every waking minute making money.
What it means, however, is that you should work real hard and smart. Always troubleshoot and find the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to accomplish something. So long as the way you choose is effective, you should be able to find the success you challenged yourself into thinking about.
So, there you have it – the best ways to challenge yourself to success.
Each of these tips are all interrelated and the better you are able to use a combination of all 3 from time to time, the faster you will arrive at that point of success you have always aspired to.
In conclusion, you must always keep challenging yourself and pushing yourself towards success. This is the only way you are going to achieve your goals and dreams. At the end of the day, you will be glad you challenged yourself, all the while knowing that no one (not even your dear loving parents) can push you to greatness. You have to do it all on your own.
